SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If an item is damaged we can offer a refund or a partial refund. Dependent on the severity of damage.

We do not offer refunds if you have:

• committed to an item whether it be a deposit on an item which we need to order in.

• If you have started paying off an item and are unable to finish paying it off.

• If you change your mind on an item after you purchase it.

 

If there is a mishap on an order from our end or a mistake due to a malfunction through our website we are more than happy to help you fix the problem and come to a solution. 

 

If you have changed your mind within 24 hours of placing an order please give us a

call or email referencing your order number and your reason for changing/cancelling

the order.

 

In the event you have ordered an incorrect garment, size or colour for your order;

please email us within 24 hours stating your order number and requesting what you

need to be changed.

Please note we do not refund customers for change of mind. We can issue a credit to

your account with us or adjust the order accordingly.
